Paradise Creek was created in two phases, phase I in 2016 and phase II in 2017 as a way to create more low-income housing for National City residents. The apartment complex features community amenities and public art installations created by the local arts organization, A Reason To Survive.
Paradise Creek I is made up of 201 units and Paradise Creek is made up of 92 units. Tenants are able to choose from a 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom studio unit that includes AC and an in-unit kitchen and dishwasher. Residents of both complexes have access to all the same amenities, including access to the 6,500 square foot leasing and resident community center located at Paradise Creek I.
