Mobile Home Parks
The Mobilehome Park Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”) was signed by the City of National City and each mobilehome park owner. The MOU covers annual permissive rent increases, “pass through” adjustments, covenants running with the land, MOU enforcement, and applicability and exemptions.
Should you have any questions regarding a dispute with respect to any provisions of the MOU or with respect to the interpretation or enforcement of any provisions of this MOU, refer to Section 11. The party claiming a violation of the MOU shall give written notice to the other party specifying the nature of the dispute, and if the party claiming a violation of the MOU.
