Fire Prevention Permit Applications

The National City Fire Department issues permits for a variety of fire protection systems, construction activities, operational hazards, and special events. Select the permit application that best matches your project and complete the form in its entirety.

Once your completed application has been received, Fire Prevention personnel will review your submission and determine whether additional plans, supporting documentation, fees, or inspections are required. You will be contacted if additional information is needed before your permit can be processed.
