Ordinary People Can Save Lives

During an emergency, professional responders may not arrive immediately.  The first person on the scene is often a family member, friend, neighbor, coworker, or complete stranger.

You Are the Help Until Help Arrives teaches simple actions anyone can take to help protect lives during the critical minutes before emergency responders arrive.

No medical background is required.
