Frank is the Director of Emergency Services for the City of National City serving proudly since April of 2010. Frank is a life-long National City resident and is very dedicated to serving the community of National City. He was elected to the City Council in November of 2002 and served as a Councilmember through April of 2010.
Frank graduated from Sweetwater High School class of 1981 then attended SDSU and transferred to UCSD Emergency Medical Services Training Institute for his paramedic training.
Frank’s career consists of 33 years in emergency medical services. He has worked as a Field Training Officer, Operations Manager, Dispatch Manager and, before coming to National City, was the Director of Operations for San Diego Medical Services overseeing a 50 million dollar budget and 400 Field Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians.
Frank is a devoted family man and resides in National City with Hilda, his wife of 27 years, and their daughter, Viviana.
