Recently enacted California Senate Bill 946 (“SB 946” - the “Safe Sidewalk Vending Act”) establishes requirements for local regulation of sidewalk vending. The City of National City enacted regulations related to sidewalk vending, which became effective on June 20, 2019 (Ordinance 2019-2458).
