Community Services Department – Refund Statement
Refunds will be granted if submitted prior to the third session of any class, activity, or program. In order for a refund to be granted, a valid doctor’s note or U.S. Military Orders that prohibit the participant from continuing the class, activity, or program must be provided. Late refund requests will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check to the original payee.
