Short-Term Rentals

The City is in the process of selecting a vendor who will be administering the City’s Short-Term Rental Ordinance. Once the vendor has been selected, they will be contacting all existing short-term rental operators to advise them of the permitting process necessary to attain compliance with City codes. For questions on allowed use and operation of short-term rentals, please refer to Chapter 6.30 (Short-Term Rentals) of the National City Municipal Code.
