Quarterly breakfast meetings are held in the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center with the purpose to increase quality engagement and create tools to provide transparent information to and from the public in a timely manner. Agenda topics are driven by resident requests, current events, and a desire by the City to keep residents informed on new programs and upcoming developments.
Time is set aside in each meeting (after the breakfast presentations) so that residents may bring up issues of concern to their neighborhood. Meetings are usually attended by code enforcement, police and fire officials, community services, as well as members of the City Council when available.
Registration is required. To register for an upcoming Neighborhood Council Quarterly Breakfast sign up below.
