📝 Ways to Participate

1. Live Public Comment (via Zoom)

• Register online at www.nationalcityca.gov at least 2 hours before the meeting.
• You'll receive a Zoom link via email.
• You may join via phone or computer.
• Each speaker gets up to 3 minutes.
• You will not be shown on video.
• Microphones will remain muted until it’s your turn to speak.

2. Written Comments

• Go to the HTML version of the agenda packet, click the relevant item, and use the orange “Leave comment” icon.
• OR email your comment to:
  publiccomment@nationalcityca.gov
  (Subject line: agenda item name OR “general public comment”)
• Deadline: 4 hours before meeting time.
• Comments will be shared with the City Council and posted online, but not read aloud.
