Public Works crews will periodically be closing W. 18th Street between Hoover Ave. and Roosevelt Ave. due to high tides exceeding 7 feet and resulting flooding.

As tides recede and water drains, crews will continue closing and reopening the road in cycles over the next 3–4 days.
