<p><br>The National City Council/Community Development Commission invites community residents and businesses to the Preliminary Budget presentation on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at the Civic Center, 1243 National City Boulevard, National City, California. <br><br>The Presentation of the City’s budget will be an overview of the long-range strategic plan, the current organization, and the financial condition of the City for Fiscal Year 2009-2010. It will cover the City’s estimated revenues and expenditures and the impact for our future. <br><br>Topics also included in the Preliminary Budget will be redevelopment activities and the allocation of funding for our City’s Capital Improvement Programs. <br><br>You are encouraged to attend and be informed regarding the City’s budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 involving public safety, image, community engagement and fiscal sustainability. <br></p>
