Chef and educator Cynthia Fuller Quinonez and Coastal Specialist at California Sea Grant Theresa Sinicrope Talley will talk about the history of the seafood industry in San Diego, including the role of the original stewards of the sea, the Kumeyaay people. They will also talk about National City's role and Seafood City and famous National City seafood chefs Phillip Esteban and Marcus Twilegar.
