Tai Chi: Moving For Better Balance

Free Tai Chi Class To Help Improve Balance @ The Library

The National City Public Library and San Diego County Aging & Independence Services are partnering to provide a free Tai Chi class for all ability levels.

The class is every Tuesday and Thursday from 2-3 pm starting September 16th and runs for approximately 24 weeks. You may sit or stand when taking the class and you don't have to attend all classes. Drop-ins are always welcome. 

Studies have shown that Tai Chi may help improve balance and prevent falls in older adults so join us and improve your quality of life.
