Requests reported through National City Connect mobile app can include the GPS location of the issue as well as a photo, allowing us to properly respond to your request. The new service is available in different languages and requests can be submitted anonymously.
The partnership allows you to report community issues, as well as view, comment on, and vote to fix problems submitted by your neighbors. You can even create your own “watch areas” to receive notifications about ALL issues reported in your community, enabling you to follow the progress of all service requests—not just the ones you report.
Note: National City Connect is a public website, so any information you include can be seen by anyone on the internet. We will monitor National City Connect during normal City business hours (Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm).
